The contract for the products ordered by you is concluded when you submit your order form or place your order by telephone (offer to purchase) and we accept your offer by dispatching the goods or by sending an order confirmation.

For orders placed electronically, the contract text is stored electronically by us and receipt of your order is confirmed without undue delay. Together with the order confirmation, you will receive our Terms and Conditions, the legally required consumer information and our privacy policy by e-mail. The confirmation of receipt, as well as the acceptance of a telephone order, does not constitute a binding acceptance of the offer to purchase.

We are entitled to accept your binding offer within seven working days of receipt of the order; for orders placed electronically, within three working days of receipt of the order.

The respective final prices of the individual products are stated in euros including statutory VAT and excluding shipping costs. Oversized goods are parcels with a combined girth and length exceeding 3 metres. The following products can only be shipped as oversized goods:

 - as well as body kits containing any of the above-mentioned products or parcels exceeding a weight of 40 kg.

If the customer is a consumer, he or she has a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to JE DESIGN GmbH, Albert-Schäffler-Str. 7, 74080 Heilbronn, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 100.
